Registration

All bidders must have an account and register prior to participating in any of our auctions. Details are available within the individual auctions

Payment

Payment may be made by cash, personal or business check or credit card. Credit card purchases will incur an additional 3% convenience fee above and beyond the 10% buyer’s premium. Business checks must have accompanying authorization or identifying proof of account holder, i.e. sellers permit. Certain items at our discretion may require payment by bank wire transfer only.

Sales Tax

5% WI state sales tax and .5% Fond du Lac County sales tax will be charged to all bidders unless they have a current Resale Number on file or other legitimate authorization that exempts them from paying sales tax. Requests for adjustments to sales tax after final checkout will not be honored.

Buyers Premium

10%. This fee is added to the final high bid. Example, a successful high bid of $100.00 will be charged an additional $10.00.

Minimums Or Reserves

We do not sell anything with a minimum or reserve bid. ALL items sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. At Paul Auction Co. you are never bidding against a reserve.
